Lifetime warranty: a promise Moving from quality beyond time

The lifetime warranty offered by Moving stems from a well-defined company vision: to create chairs that improve quality of life, designed to last over time.
Not just simple pieces of furniture, but tools that guarantee well-being, comfort, functionality and an experience that never expires. Each chair is the result of an internal production chain that starts with a commitment to selecting high-quality, robust materials, such as steel, polypropylene and high-density foams, and ends with rigorous final testing.
In this article, we will explore what it means, in concrete terms, to offer a lifetime guarantee on chairs: the technical and design reasons that make it possible, what it includes and the conditions that govern it.
Discover the value of a guarantee that stands the test of time.
Why does Moving offer a lifetime guarantee on its chairs?
The lifetime guarantee on Moving products is based on very simple principles.
At the heart of everything is the principle that inspires it: exclusive customer care, designed to accompany every Moving customer over time, with the same care that goes into making every product.
Trust in experience and expertise, the quality of materials and the production process. This has led to the need to create seating designed for prolonged and safe use, without compromising on unique design that captures the hearts of even the most demanding customers.
It is this certainty that allows us to convey a value that lasts over time. What are the concrete factors that make this promise possible?

Selected raw materials: comfort, quality and durability
The quality of a chair is measured by its ability to withstand the test of time, maintaining its functionality and aesthetics. In Moving products, durability is guaranteed by the selection of excellent raw materials, supplied by long-standing partners.
Every component, from the steel frame to the polypropylene shell, from the high-density foam cushion to the upholstery, is designed to ensure strength and comfort. The attention to materials translates into ergonomic chairs, designed to offer long-term lumbar support.
Moving's Made in Italy chairs embody this philosophy, combining craftsmanship and innovation for a functional and durable result.
100% in-house production
Manufacturing every chair in-house means having total control over every stage, from design to testing. This approach ensures consistent quality standards, optimises details and makes every ergonomic chair unique.
Moving does not rely on subcontractors or external supply chains for production: as manufacturers in the fullest sense of the word, our in-house expertise is directly reflected in the durability of the product and in the concrete possibility of guaranteeing every chair for life.
Proprietary recipes perfected over time: the chemistry of comfort
Each component is developed according to proprietary recipes, internal technical formulas that precisely define the composition of the materials, such as density, load-bearing capacity, responsiveness and thickness, developed over years of experience.
This allows us to control product performance, offering comfortable and stable seating even after years of intensive use.

Synchrotek mechanism: innovation at the service of posture
The mechanical heart of many of our chairs is Synchrotek, an exclusive system that synchronises the tilt of the seat and backrest, adapting to the movements of the body. Dynamic support, designed for those who demand maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
Strict quality controls: every chair is tested
Each model undergoes rigorous internal and independent testing to verify its strength, stability and functionality. Only products that meet specific pre-established standards can bear the Moving name. And only those that exceed these standards can be guaranteed for life.
Made in Italy, sustainability and certifications: tangible guarantees
Efficient production, recycled and recyclable materials, waste reduction: every stage is aimed at minimising environmental impact through a sustainable approach.
Durability is not only a value for the customer, but also for the planet. Moving's commitment is recognised by numerous national and international certifications, which attest to the compliance of its products and production with the most rigorous standards.
Lifetime warranty: what it covers and how it works
The Moving lifetime warranty covers the structural elements of the seats. These include:
- Frame
- Shell
- Mechanisms
- Ergonomic components
Materials subject to natural deterioration, such as fabrics and leather upholstery, are excluded.
If, after 5 years of use, non-defective materials need to be replaced - for example, leather replacement due to wear and tear - the customer will only be charged for the cost of the material and transport.
Every request is handled transparently by our excellent customer service team, with the aim of ensuring continuity of use and value over time, even beyond the standard life cycle.

Conditions of proper use
The validity of the warranty is subject to proper use of the product, as improper use may compromise performance and void the insurance coverage.
Each chair is designed for specific contexts, including 24-hour solutions such as Crono 24, made with highly resistant technical materials comparable in durability to metal..
Exclusions and improper use: protection for both parties
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or unauthorised modifications.
Specifically:
- Damage caused by improper or non-compliant use
- Unauthorised modifications to the product
- Wear and tear of the upholstery after 5 years (without manufacturing defects)
Fair management that protects both the customer and the manufacturer, in accordance with Moving quality standards.
Customer service: ongoing support
An excellent product requires assistance that is up to the task.
Customer service, tailored to each request, focuses on the relationship with the customer. The lifetime warranty finds its natural continuation here: practical assistance, designed to last as long as the seats.
Customer care is an integral part of the Moving experience. Not just a point of contact, but a constant, knowledgeable presence that accompanies customers at every stage of the purchase.
From advice on choosing the most suitable collections to after-sales support, every request is handled with tailored attention, speed and transparency.
